Peptide Pro supplies products strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes.
Our products are not medicines, food products, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and must not be administered to humans or animals.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the products will be handled responsibly, used only for lawful research purposes and stored, handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Product Standards
Peptide Pro works with established production and supply partners and requires products to meet defined quality specifications.
Each product is supplied with relevant batch information and a Certificate of Analysis where stated. A Certificate of Analysis applies only to the specific batch identified on the document and should not be interpreted as regulatory approval or authorisation.
3. Independent Testing
Products or individual batches may be tested by independent third-party laboratories.
The testing performed may vary between products and batches. Customers should review the applicable Certificate of Analysis to confirm which tests were completed and the results recorded.
Peptide Pro does not claim that every batch has undergone purity, identity, sterility, endotoxin, residual solvent or other testing unless this is specifically confirmed within the corresponding batch documentation.
4. Regulatory Status
Peptide Pro products are supplied as research materials and are not presented or sold as authorised medicinal products.
We do not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosage guidance or instructions for human or veterinary use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession and intended use of any product comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location.
5. Delivery Area and Order Restrictions
Peptide Pro currently delivers exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We do not accept or dispatch orders to any other countries at this time.
Peptide Pro reserves the right to refuse, cancel or review any order where there are concerns regarding its intended use, payment, delivery details or compliance with our terms.
6. Order and Identity Verification
To protect our customers, prevent fraud and meet the requirements of our banking and payment partners, some orders may require additional verification.
If an order is flagged for review, the customer may be asked to complete identity checks through an approved third-party verification provider. This may include biometric facial verification and verification of an accepted identity document.
Additional verification is typically required for approximately 10–15% of orders. This does not necessarily indicate a problem with the customer or the order and is generally part of routine compliance and fraud-prevention checks requested by our banking or payment partners.
We may also request additional information for high-value, bulk or unusual orders to confirm that the order is appropriate and complies with our terms.
Personal information collected during the verification process will be handled by the relevant verification provider and Peptide Pro in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.
7. Responsible Handling
Products should be handled only by individuals with suitable knowledge, equipment and laboratory controls.
Customers are responsible for safe storage, appropriate protective measures and the lawful disposal of all products and associated materials.
8. Reporting a Concern
Concerns regarding product misuse, documentation or compliance should be reported through the contact details provided on our website.
All genuine reports will be reviewed and handled as confidentially as reasonably possible.
