1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit peptidepro.co.uk, create an account or place an order with Peptide Pro.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Research Use Only
All Peptide Pro products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes.
Our products are not medicines, food products, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and must not be administered to humans or animals.
By placing an order, you confirm that the products will be used responsibly, lawfully and only for their stated research purpose.
3. Customer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
You are responsible for confirming that you may legally purchase, possess and use the products in your location.
Peptide Pro currently delivers only within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability, payment approval and acceptance by Peptide Pro.
Prices and delivery charges will be shown before payment. We may correct pricing or product-information errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
* Payment cannot be confirmed
* Delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate
* The product is unavailable
* The order is suspected to be fraudulent
* We have concerns about the intended use
* The order would breach our policies or applicable law
Where we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Identity Verification
Some orders may require additional security checks at the request of our banking, payment or fraud-prevention partners.
Approximately 10–15% of orders may be asked to complete identity verification through an approved third-party provider. This may include verification of an identity document and biometric facial matching.
An order may be paused or cancelled if required verification is not completed successfully.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the verification provider’s own privacy terms.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Products remain Peptide Pro’s responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
Please contact us promptly if an order is lost, damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery period.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, the product must be returned promptly, unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
For safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products once their protective seal or packaging has been opened or damaged.
This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Before returning anything, contact us for return instructions. Customers may be responsible for change-of-mind return delivery costs.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
8. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
Product packaging, appearance or supporting documentation may occasionally change without affecting the product specification.
Certificates of Analysis apply only to the batch number stated on the relevant document. They do not represent medical approval or authorisation.
9. Responsible Handling
Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage and lawful disposal of all products.
Products should be handled only by individuals with appropriate knowledge, equipment and laboratory controls.
Peptide Pro does not provide medical advice, dosage guidance or instructions for human or veterinary use.
10. Website Content
The Peptide Pro name, website design, written content, graphics, product images and branding may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Third-party trademarks and laboratory documents remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Peptide Pro is not responsible for losses caused by:
* Misuse or unauthorised use of a product
* Failure to follow appropriate storage or handling requirements
* Inaccurate information supplied by the customer
* Events outside our reasonable control
* Business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable
Nothing in these terms removes any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
12. Account Suspension
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or in breach of these terms.
13. Changes to These
Terms
We may update these terms when our services, payment arrangements, delivery procedures or legal obligations change.
The terms applying to an order will normally be those published when the order was placed.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to them under the laws applicable in their country.
